We produce these TCT saw blades carbide saw blade, cutting saw bladefor cutting rip wood, ply wood and plastic with the diameter up to 1,200mm. We use Germen 75Cr1 steel for the saw blade body and Luxembourg/Chinese tungsten for the tips; the solders and brazing flux are imported from Germany. We use Trumpf laser machine for cutting the saw body, Hammerle leveling machine for flattening the saw body, Kahny soldering machines for brazing the tips and Vollmer grinding machines for grinding the tips.
