We produce these TCT saw blades for cutting aluminum with the diameter up to 1,200mm. We use Germen 75Cr1 steel for the saw blade body and Luxembourg/Chinese tungsten for the tips; the solders and brazing flux are imported from Germany. According to the test of our existing customers, the life time and cutting ability is almost in line with the most advanced standard in the world.We use Trumpf laser machine for cutting the saw body, Hammerle leveling machine for flattening the saw body, Kahny soldering machines for brazing the tips and Vollmer grinding machines for grinding the tips.
